Deposit and Cancellation Policy 

 

*Reservation Fees:* (Applicable only to initial group booking)
     – Non-refundable and non-transferrable.

*Deposits Payments:* (Applicable to groups and individuals)
     – A deposit of 25% of the trip balance is due 9 months before the trip’s start date
     – Deposits are non-refundable but are transferrable to other pre-cleared divers or dates within the same season, subject to availability. 

*Final Payments:* (Applicable to groups and individuals)
     – Final payments are non-refundable but are transferrable to other pre-cleared divers or dates within the same season, subject to availability.
     – Deposits and final payments are non-refundable but are transferrable to other pre-cleared divers or dates within the same season, subject to availability.

*Methods of Payment:* (Applicable to groups and individuals)
     – All invoiced amounts are in CAD, and God’s Pocket Resort can’t take responsibility for shifts in foreign currency.
     – In order to avoid significant fees, we recommend using Interac e-Transfers and other bank transfers for payment. That being said, we will also accept Visa and MasterCard (paid over the phone), or any major credit card in our Shopify store or WeTravel booking platform.
     – Depending on the situation, there may be a surcharge on your booking to cover a credit card fee.

*Other Notes, including pandemic related exceptions:*
     – In the event of border closures or forced shutdowns by government regulation due to a pandemic, deposits will be refunded.
     – Guests are highly encouraged to purchase trip insurance for individual circumstances, as those are not covered by the pandemic-related closure exception.
